Each individual may register only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonus balance will be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, address, and phone number at the time of registration.
• Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please notify us immediately.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• Accounts cannot be opened in the name of a company or organization.

All bets placed on FreeBet are considered final once confirmed. Please review all details carefully before confirming your bet — once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.

Odds are subject to change at any time. Your bet will be settled at the odds displayed at the moment it was confirmed. Any subsequent odds changes will not affect your confirmed bet.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳100, and the maximum is set by FreeBet.
• If an event is cancelled after it has started, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• In live betting, if odds change due to network delays, FreeBet reserves the right to accept bets at the revised odds.
• If one selection in a combo bet is voided, the bet will be settled based on the remaining selections.
• FreeBet reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.

FreeBet currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers are also accepted under certain conditions. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit via Mobile Pay & Nagad: ৳100
• Minimum deposit via Rocket: ৳200
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: ৳5,000
• Successful deposits are credited to your account instantly (except bank transfers).

Withdrawal Rules:

• Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• FreeBet does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees, though payment provider fees may apply.

FreeBet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Applies to new members on their first deposit. A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 5 to 10 times the bonus amount).
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

• Disputes must be reported within 72 hours of the incident.
• All relevant information and evidence must be submitted along with the complaint.
